Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Here is our policy on returns and refunds:

1. Eligibility
   Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in unused and original condition.
2. Process
   To initiate a return, contact us at accounts@nxt-genstore.com with your order number. Upon approval, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
3. Refunds
   Once the returned product is inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
